This is the second tool that I have purchased from Giraffe Tools. I already have the Grandfalls Retractable Pressure Washer. Very satisfied with both products. Makes life much easier when cleaning vehicles and garage. The vacuum I have only used a couple of times. Only concern that I have is that the auto recoil system is very strong. It takes quite a pull to get all the hose unrolled and the retract is very quick. I have contacted support to see if I can make an adjustment on the recoil. I also had a small problem with the Pressure Washer and support was exceptional. I'm sure I will hear back shortly on the recoil. In my opinion both products were a great purchase.

This is by far the best hose reel I've ever bought. The reel comes almost completely build, just attach the handle and hose and you're done. It's so solid and does not leak. I didn't use the concrete anchors as I just used my existing top attatchment points from my old Ames reel. All I had to do was add bolts to the lower points. I love how it looks on my wall.

Excellent product. Heavy duty hardware and solid construction. I've thrown away more hose reels than I can remember, this unit feels very different. Easy to install and no more dirty hands reeling in the hose. I am very impressed.
Very great product. Good amount of pressure even for a truck owner. The retractable hose in a god send, and the hose is made of very hard plastic so no worries of chaffing the 100’ line. Mounted a spot free filter system and it’s my favourite tool in the garage now

Love it, will have to buy another one for our front yard however will need to upgrade to the 5/8 hose and reel with steel bracket. Well made and love how easy it was to install. Also, everything you need to install and use right away was provided. Highly recomend this product.
Amazing product and super easy to install. The hose unlike other brands who tells you it’s tangled free, this one really is. The pressure washer is in the garage and with 100’ hose, I can almost do the entire house.

I’ve been using reels since the beginning tried three different models. Read about some different companies and bought giraffe reels this year. Installed it two weeks ago and very satisfied if you follow instructions that reel exceed all other brands

Clear instructions so easy to install. Works like a charm and very powerfull.
It’s pretty cool to not have tubing that’s on the floor always in the way. The retractable tube is pretty cool works great and very practical. The only thing that I didn’t know when I ordered it is that the model with the button on the tubing is another model compared to the one I got so I have to get out of what I’m doing to press the button on the machine instead of having the off button on the tubing but apart from that works great
Well built. If I had any design comment, I'd request a slightly easier way to remove the hose reel from the mount for off-season storage.
Having the extra mount allows me to easily move the reel from the front of the fence to the back. Wish I had gotten new reel sooner and avoided the frustration of the kinks when using a manual reel.

Seems pretty good. Only used it a couple times but so far it’s fine. Nozzle doesn’t seem overly robust, will see how that turns out over time. Glad I purchased the metal bracket instead of plastic. Easy to install and use.
Love the convenience. Hose length perfect. Noise level fine. Easy to empty. Filter easy to clean. For me, does not fully retract.

I was a little disappointed that my first pressure washer had a defect but that happens not everything is perfect but the customer service was great and I decided to upgrade to the pro model instead of the Plus and so far I am satisfied thank you
Great for in our machine barn . The easy pull back contraption is a must ! It is always rolled and cleaned up . Love it . We are planning on getting more for different parts of the farm yard and buildings .

It wasn't very long ago that I had never even heard of Gitryin, but after testing many of the brand's power products, I've been quite impressed. This is the most powerful adapter of theirs that I've tried, and while it's far from compact, it works well and has the company's signature design style. Like its less powerful cousins, it has a retractable cable, folding plug, and an extra USB port to keep two devices powered at once. Now, I own the Gitryin hub, and I couldn't help but notice that this laptop charger seemed to be made like Gitryin's hub-compatible adapters despite being so much larger. As it turns out, it's slim enough that you absolutely can plug it into the hub, but it will stick out from the sides quite a bit and you won't be able to put the hub's lid back on. You probably wouldn't want to keep this in the hub all the time, but it's nice to know that it does fit should you ever need to use it. Overall, another great charger from this brand that I've come to admire.
This device really cleaned up my setup and helped a lot with cable management. I use it to power my lights like a switch and can charge my phone, keyboard, and mouse all at the same time without a mess of cables. Charging speeds seem solid and I haven’t noticed any overheating. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the price. it feels super overpriced for what you get. The unit itself is sturdy, but the top plastic piece just rests on top and doesn’t feel as premium as I expected. It’s also lighter than I thought it would be which makes it feel cheap. Overall though, it works well and keeps everything organized.

It doesn’t fly off or anything dramatic, but it does pop off if one of my kids bumps it when taking their device in and out of the cabinet. An easy fix that would make this a 5-star review. Who this is good for: Anyone drowning in devices, kids, or chaos—and wants a single charger that can handle all of it without hogging space. Final verdict: Compact, flexible, kid-proof, and genuinely useful. This little charger is punching way above its size. Highly recommended. In fact, we will be buying another one for the office.
I honestly couldn't believe I spent this much money on what is essentially a surge protector...but I think having a clean and organized desk makes this item worth it. It sits flush under my Magnus Pro XL riser (although a little tight to squeeze in) but makes my desk look that much more organized. The USB C chargers charge my phone and my Logitech G502 X pretty easily. Honestly, I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't on sale, but I'm happy I pulled the trigger. My only caveat is that I wish there were options to get a longer power cord as using a sit-to-stand desk at full height would make this charging station a little useless as the power cord is relatively short. Other than that, I'm totally satisfied with the product.
Once installed, the product worked great. As evidenced by the pictures, I believe the product was damaged during transportation. The bracket used to attached the washer to the wall was bent. I was still able to attach it to my garage wall after minor adjustments
