The Lite Pro is a good fit if you want a wall-mounted washer with a retractable hose and an induction motor for regular home cleaning. The Plus is another option for everyday washing, while the Pro is worth considering for more demanding cleaning jobs. If you’re comparing models, think about what you clean most often and how much power you need.
You can mount it on a suitable exterior wall, but a sheltered spot is best. Don’t leave the washer exposed to freezing temperatures. Before winter, disconnect it, drain the water, and store it indoors somewhere dry and frost-free.
Yes, but it isn’t designed to roll from place to place. You’ll need a secure mounting point at each location and must disconnect the water and power before moving it.
There may still be water and pressure inside the hose. Turn the washer off, shut off the water, and squeeze the spray gun trigger to release the pressure. Then gently pull the hose out a little and guide it back in. Don’t let the hose snap back on its own.
Yes. The high-pressure hose can be replaced. Turn off the washer and water supply, unplug the unit, and release any remaining pressure before starting. Use a replacement hose made for the Lite Pro so it fits the reel and connections properly.
Use cold or lukewarm water only. The inlet water temperature must not exceed 140°F (60°C). Water that’s too hot can damage the pump and seals.
Avoid adding a check valve, flow restrictor, or other one-way fitting directly to the Lite Pro’s water inlet. It can interfere with water flow inside the washer and cause damage. If your setup needs one, contact our support team before installing it.
For longer cleaning jobs, give the washer a break at least once every hour. Continuous use beyond an hour may cause the pump to overheat. If the unit stops unexpectedly, turn it off and let it cool before trying again.
Start with the water supply: make sure the tap is fully open and the inlet hose isn’t kinked. Check the hose connections for leaks, then inspect the nozzle for a blockage. If the pressure still drops, stop using the washer and contact our support team.
If you mostly wash cars or clean around the house, the Lite Pro may be all you need. For tougher jobs or a different setup, take a look at the Giraffe Tools [Pressure Washer Collection](https://giraffetools.ca/collections/pressure-washers )to compare the full range.
